Style Your Stripes The Right Way

Prints or patterns when it comes to fashion are a girl's best friend. Out of all the prints, however, Stripes are my all-time favorite. They are the most timeless print of all and are classic. Stripes can easily make any look trendy if you style them in the right way. I will show you a few ways in which you can wear stripes and how to style them. Let’s get started. Striped Bottoms – A big YES I love wearing striped bottoms . They just look so fresh and chic and are my go-to style. Also, vertical stripes make you look taller. I have paired my navy blue striped culottes with a plain rust-brown top. As the culottes have some stripes of rust-brown in it the top just goes well with it. You can try to pair with a top of the same color range as your bottoms or go for a contrast look. You can shop for striped culottes here . Top & Culottes - Lifestyle, Jewelry - Infuzze From Myntra, Wedges - Inc.5 Striped Kurtas I have paired my grey striped kurta   with plain white culottes. I

Hair Care Products I Love

Image
When it comes to my hair I was a bit careless a few years back as I avoided oiling them and I never conditioned them enough. But taking my hair for granted was not a good idea as it started showing in the way of hair fall and thinning of hair. So I decided to take more care of my hair before I become bald :P. The credit goes to all the products I am going to mention in this post. I have tried and tested a lot of products for my hair and these are by far my favorite and those who worked well for me. Let's get started. Juicy Chemistry Marula, Argan & Lavender Organic Hair Oil For Hair Loss Control The one hair oil that works wonders when it comes to hair fall control. I bought this after reading a lot of good reviews and thought of giving this a try. It does control

Loreal Pure Clay Mask Review

Image
Hi guys, hope you all are doing great. In one of my previous posts about affordable skincare items to have in your vanity, I talked about one of my favorite masks which is the Loreal Pure Clay Mask - Detoxify . However, it was just a short description of the product. In this post, I am going to review the product in depth along with its pros and cons. I came across this mask a few months back and the reviews raved about the product so much I had to try it out on my own. I luckily got it on discount (Rs.350) and when I tried it I was blown away with its results. I am using it on and off along with my other masks for a few months now but I always go back to this one when my skin feels tanned and dull. It comes in a tub packaging that is made of glass and has a stopper inside. It consists of 50gm of product and costs at Rs.799 but you can always get it at a discount. The clay mask is of thick consistency and is made with 3 absorbing clays with the power of charcoal which is a boon when

Monsoon Skincare Guide

Image
After a few months of suffering through a lockdown and scorching heat, monsoons are finally here. It's great to see the rains after a hot summer, but what it even more important is taking care of your skin. No matter what season taking care of your skin should always be a priority. Monsoons are no exception to this rule and so in today's blog post, I will be sharing a few tips on how to take care of your skin during this season.  Cleanse Your Face               This one is a no brainer but when it comes to cleansing your face in monsoon, use a mild cleanser to get the dirt and the dead skin off from your skin. The high humidity during the monsoons causes sweating on your face along with dirt and dust getting build up on your skin. Also, make sure to use a mild exfoliant once a week to get rid of the dirt on your face. You can also try a DIY paste using Multani Mitti (Fuller's Earth), Gram Flour, and some rose water. Apply the paste evenly on your face and leave it on
